Besides the basic stress of everything thats going on, I'm sleeping and feeling like crap lately. So I went back to the gym today for the first time in months. I forgot how great you feel when you leave the gym; no matter how you felt when you walked in. The feeling in your lungs and stomach after some good cardio makes you feel instantly healthier.
Heres to a good nights sleep and getting back to 200lbs!
